Based on shared objectives, we analyse the technical context and potential of the intervention, identifying the most consistent solutions in terms of performance and operational requirements. This phase allows us to make informed decisions and steer the project towards an effective path.
We develop the essential documents needed to define the project: technical drawings, initial architectural configurations, preliminary specifications and documents required for approval. Integrating information, construction and production methods, and material suitability.
Based on preliminary designs and shop drawings, we develop the executive project, translating design solutions into complete and coordinated technical drawings. This phase allows us to define materials, construction systems and assembly details, ensuring the actual feasibility of the project and reducing critical issues during production and on site.
